Good people are at the heart of our farming business. We value teamwork, safety and taking pride in a job well done
Working With Us
Working in broadacre farming can be busy and demanding, particularly during seeding and harvest, but it is also incredibly rewarding. At Catalina Farms, we value good people, teamwork and taking pride in a job well done, while recognising the importance of enjoying life outside of work too.
Our team is supported by modern, reliable machinery and well-maintained farm infrastructure, helping us work safely and efficiently and minimise unnecessary downtime.
We’re proud to have a capable and committed team who enjoy what they do and the farming lifestyle that comes with it.
Join Our Team
We’re always interested in hearing from good people who would like to join the Catalina Farms team.
We employ both permanent and seasonal staff, with additional team members joining us during our busy seeding and harvest periods. Opportunities can arise across a range of roles within our broadacre cropping operation.
Expressions of interest are welcome throughout the year. If you’re interested in working with us, please send your CV and a brief introduction to our Operations Manager, Daniel Birch, at daniel@catalinafarms.com.au.
Career & Development
We believe working at Catalina Farms should provide opportunities to learn, develop and build valuable skills in broadacre agriculture. We aim to match roles with each team member’s skills, experience and interests, while providing practical training and professional development where needed. We encourage our team to keep learning, develop new skills and grow their careers in agriculture.
Accommodation & Meals
We provide free on-farm accommodation as part of employment, with a range of options suitable for individuals, couples and families. During our busy seeding and harvest seasons, we also provide quality lunches and dinners to keep our team well fed, healthy and ready for the demands of peak season.
Life at Catalina
We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, supportive and well-organised working environment where everyone plays an important part in the team. Working at Catalina also means experiencing a beautiful part of regional Western Australia, surrounded by native bushland, seasonal wildflowers, salt lakes and expansive farming landscapes. It’s a unique setting to experience while being part of our farming team.
